Dr. Payman
Medical Director, MD, MBA
Dr. Payman is the Owner and Medical Director of Davam Family Medicine, as well as the owner of Davam Aesthetics and Davam Urgent Care. With many years of experience practicing medicine and leading successful healthcare organizations, he brings extensive clinical expertise and compassionate leadership to every patient interaction.
At Davam Family Medicine, his focus is on comprehensive, relationship-based care treating the whole patient, not just symptoms. His commitment to excellence, preventative health, and continuity of care ensures individuals and families receive personalized, high-quality medical care at every stage of life.
Dr. Phung
MD
Dr. Phung is a dedicated Family Practice physician serving the Magnolia community. He graduated with honors from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in 2005 and brings more than 21 years of diverse clinical experience to his patients.
With a strong foundation in comprehensive family medicine, Dr. Phung is passionate about providing thorough, patient-centered care for individuals and families at every stage of life. His approach focuses on preventative health, chronic disease management, and building long-term relationships rooted in trust and continuity of care.
Dr. Phung is proud to serve the community through Davam Family Medicine and Davam Urgent Care. He remains committed to delivering high-quality medical care with compassion and integrity.
Amy B.
FNP-C
Amy Brooks is a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in both primary care and women’s health. She began her nursing career in 2014 after earning her Associate Degree in Nursing and went on to advance her education by completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing Education with honors.
Her clinical experience spans family medicine, rural health management, pediatrics, hormone therapy, and both acute and chronic disease management. Amy is Evexias HRT certified and specializes in HRT Pellets through EvexiPel. She is especially passionate about providing individualized, patient-centered care that integrates both traditional and functional approaches to health.
She is currently completing her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification at Texas A&M University. Amy will soon be dual board-certified as both an FNP and PMHNP, allowing her to offer a comprehensive, whole-person approach to care.
Outside of the clinic, Amy enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing, and traveling to the mountains with her husband. She is a proud mother of three sons, a bonus daughter, and a grandmother to her beloved granddaughters.
Janae W.
FNP-C, FCUCM
Janae Walsh is an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner with over eight years of practice in both urgent care and primary care settings. As a Fellow of the College of Urgent Care Medicine, she brings a strong clinical background and a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care for patients of all ages.
Janae is passionate about building trusting partnerships with her patients and believes that listening is one of the most important parts of providing excellent care. Known for her compassionate approach, she strives to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their health decisions.
She is also expanding her expertise in male and female hormone replacement therapy and functional wellness, with the goal of providing more comprehensive, personalized care to better support her patients’ overall health and well-being.
Outside of work, Janae enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing at the beach, and is always ready for coffee and/or good food!
Dionne M.
ANP-BC
Dionne Massiah is a Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. She received her undergraduate and graduate degree at Hunter Bellevue School of Nursing-New York, NY. She has eight years of ICU Critical Care Nursing experience at Northwell Health (Long Island Jewish Hospital). Also, nine years of clinical experience as a Medicine NP at Northwell Health (Northshore University Hospital- Long Island NY), administering care to a population with various medical diagnosis involving acute and chronic illnesses.
Additionally transitioning from inpatient to outpatient care and working as a Primary care NP has been very rewarding, along with incorporating new practices such as HRT and weight-loss therapy. Being a team member of Davam Family Medicine is inspirational and motivating as the practice provides patient-centered care.
Furthermore, her passion is to provide excellent evidenced-based care to individuals seeking medical intervention. She works together with patients taking time to listen to their concerns without rushing the visit, developing a treatment plan that is patient focused. She enjoys educating patients about medical diagnosis, medication, nutrition/exercise, and healthy lifestyle choices.
